Trademarks & Affiliates

Who maintains this page
This page is maintained by the DealBench team to explain how we reference third-party brands, products, and affiliate programs. It is app-owned content and not an independent legal review or certification.
Our marks
DealBench™ and Disparate Studios™ are trademarks of Disparate Studios LLC, claimed under U.S. common law based on our use of these marks in commerce. The ™ symbol indicates a claim of ownership; it does not indicate federal registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Please do not use our names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
Nominative fair use
DealBench names specific tool brands, models, retailers, and marketplaces because that is the only practical way to identify the deals we aggregate. We do not claim ownership of those names, and we use no more of each mark than is necessary for clear identification.
Brand names and logos
Brand and source identifiers across DealBench are shown as plain text (for example, "DeWalt," "Milwaukee," "eBay," or "Craigslist") rather than as trademarked logos or graphics. Product photos shown in the deal feed come from the actual seller listings, which is standard practice for deal aggregation and resale referral.
No implied endorsement
All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. All company, product, and service names used on this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by the brand owner.
Affiliate links and assets
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, DealBench may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects how a deal is scored or ranked. We only use official promotional banners or badges provided by affiliate networks when those networks explicitly grant permission through their marketing guidelines.
Clicking an affiliate link costs you nothing and never changes the price you pay. We only earn on qualifying purchases, and we do not control seller pricing, stock, shipping, or product authenticity. An affiliate relationship with a marketplace is not an endorsement of any individual seller or listing on it, and nothing on DealBench should be read as a guarantee that a given item is genuine or covered by a manufacturer warranty.
Authorized sellers and warranty
Marketplace listings, including items described as "new", may come from sellers who are not authorized dealers for the brand. Buying outside a brand's authorized dealer network can void the manufacturer warranty, and counterfeit tools, batteries, and chargers do circulate on open marketplaces. DealBench does not inspect, test, or authenticate any item, and our AI photo checks grade condition only — they cannot detect a counterfeit.
Check the seller before you buy, and use the manufacturer's own "where to buy" or authorized dealer list when warranty coverage matters. See our Terms of Service for the full statement.
Affiliate networks
DealBench participates in the eBay Partner Network, the Amazon Associates Program, and retailer programs through CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) and Awin. We may add other retailer or marketplace affiliate programs over time. Each program's terms govern how its name and assets may be used.
CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) and Awin
DealBench is a publisher on the CJ Affiliate and Awin networks, which connect us with tool retailers such as home improvement, industrial supply, and woodworking stores. When you open one of those retailer links from DealBench you land on the retailer's own product page — we do not rehost, reframe, or resell retailer content.
Clicking a retailer link passes an anonymous click ID to the network so a commission can be attributed. That ID is not tied to your name, email, or account, and it never changes the price you pay. Retailer names and logos are the property of their respective owners; an affiliate relationship is not an endorsement, and DealBench and Disparate Studios LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those retailers.
eBay Partner Network
DealBench is a participant in the eBay Partner Network (EPN), an affiliate program that pays a commission on qualifying purchases made after clicking an eBay link on our site. When you open an eBay deal from DealBench you always land on the original eBay listing — we never rehost, reframe, or resell eBay listing content.
eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. DealBench and Disparate Studios LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by eBay Inc. We reference eBay solely to identify the marketplace a listing came from.
Technical details of our eBay integration are documented publicly at dealbench.app/ebay-integration.
Amazon Associates
DealBench is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you open an Amazon link from DealBench you land on the Amazon product or search page referenced by the link — we do not rehost, reframe, or resell Amazon listing content.
Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. DealBench and Disparate Studios LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon. We reference Amazon solely to identify the retailer or marketplace a link points to.
