Privacy Policy

DealBench is operated by Disparate Studios LLC. This page is maintained by the DealBench team to explain, in plain language, what we do with your information. It is not an independent audit or certification.

If you join the waitlist or create an account, we collect the email address you give us. When you set a snipe, we store the tool, brand, and max price you chose so we can alert you. We also collect basic, aggregated usage data to understand which deals and filters people find useful.

We use your information to run the product: sending deal alerts you asked for, keeping your watchlist in sync, and improving how deals are scored. We do not sell your personal information.

You control what lands in your inbox. Every alert and digest includes an unsubscribe link, and turning alerts off in your settings stops them immediately.

We use two kinds of browser storage. Strictly necessary storage keeps you signed in and remembers your theme — it is always on, because the site cannot work without it. Analytics storage is optional and only loads after you accept it in the cookie banner.

You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline and never load analytics.

With your consent we use PostHog for product analytics and error tracking so we can see which features help users most and fix bugs quickly. Decline, and PostHog is never loaded.

Deal listings link out to retailers and marketplaces. Some of those links are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Once you leave DealBench, the destination site's own privacy practices apply.

Affiliate networks we work with — the eBay Partner Network, Amazon Associates, and CJ Affiliate — set their own cookies on the retailer's site when you click out. DealBench passes only an anonymous click token so a commission can be attributed; we never send your name, email, or account ID to a network.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your profile, snipes, and email from our active systems.
