DealBench is operated by Disparate Studios LLC. References to "we," "us," or "DealBench" in these terms mean Disparate Studios LLC.
Using DealBench
DealBench aggregates and scores publicly listed tool deals from retailers and marketplaces. By using the service you agree to use it for personal, lawful purposes and not to scrape, resell, or republish our data without written permission.
Prices and availability
Prices, stock, and listing details change constantly and are sourced from third parties. We work to keep the feed accurate but cannot guarantee it. Always verify price and condition on the retailer or marketplace before buying.
The Deal Gauge is guidance, not advice
Deal Gauge scores, price history, and alerts are informational estimates. They are not purchase advice or a promise of savings, and DealBench is not a party to any transaction between you and a seller.
AI photo checks assess the condition and quality of a listing's photos only. They cannot authenticate a product, verify a seller, or detect a counterfeit, and you should never treat a condition grade as proof that an item is genuine.
Counterfeits and unauthorized sellers
DealBench aggregates listings posted by third parties. We never take possession of, test, inspect, or authenticate any item, and we do not vet the sellers behind a listing. Some marketplace listings — including items described as "new" — may be counterfeit, refurbished, or sold by sellers who are not authorized dealers for that brand. Counterfeit batteries and chargers in particular can be a safety hazard.
Buying from an unauthorized seller can void the manufacturer's warranty even when the item is genuine. Before you buy, check the seller, ask for photos of the actual item, and use the manufacturer's own "where to buy" or authorized dealer list when warranty coverage matters to you. On Amazon, confirm the listing ships from and is sold by Amazon or the brand's own storefront if that matters to your warranty.
If you believe a listing in our feed is counterfeit or misrepresented, use the Report option on the deal card or contact support. Reported listings are reviewed and can be removed from the feed.
Third-party transactions and no warranty
Every purchase you make happens on the retailer's or marketplace's own site, under their terms. DealBench is not the seller, is not a party to the transaction, and has no control over pricing, availability, shipping, authenticity, returns, refunds, or warranty claims. Those are strictly between you, the seller, and the manufacturer.
DealBench is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disparate Studios LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from any purchase you make through a link on it.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for activity on your account. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links are affiliate links, through the eBay Partner Network, Amazon Associates, or retailer programs on CJ Affiliate and Awin. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay or how a deal is scored or ranked, and an affiliate relationship is not an endorsement of any individual seller or listing. Clicking one may pass a non-identifying click ID to the affiliate network so a commission can be attributed. Full detail is on our trademarks and affiliates page.
